Supporting the well-being and growth of others has been a lifelong passion that I bring to my work as a coach. From mentoring students in their professional ambitions to guiding researchers and activists through recovery from online abuse as a cybersecurity consultant, I’ve cultivated a collaborative approach to problem-solving and growth. As a former crisis counselor, I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds during their darkest moments, connecting them to life-saving resources. My experience as an educator at UC Berkeley during the pandemic deepened my commitment to fostering resilience and success among young adults facing extraordinary challenges.

As a military veteran, I’ve also supported peers struggling with post-traumatic stress and volunteered on a harm-reduction line for those in psychedelic distress. These experiences inspired me to become a certified Personal Transformation and Psychedelic Integration Coach through the Being True To You training program. Additionally, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Saint Mary’s College of California in hopes of becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Giving back to community is important to me. I volunteer with Hospice East Bay, visiting veterans as they approach death, and run gardening workshops at my local VA hospital. I also recently finished a year of service with Fireside Project supporting people during and after their psychedelic journeys.

Beyond work and school, I love spending time in nature with my pup Ralphie, dancing 5Rhythms, making art with no rules, and going on road trips to anywhere!
